Use of the Website & Student Portal

• The website and portal are provided for genuine admission inquiries, academic information, fee payment and student record access
• You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful files, or interfering with normal operation
• Course, fee and notice information is published to the best of our knowledge and may be updated by the college from time to time

Admissions & Enrollment

Admission to any course is subject to eligibility criteria, seat availability, and verification of original documents at the time of admission. Submitting an inquiry or an online form does not guarantee admission. The college reserves the right to accept or reject an application at its discretion, in line with applicable regulatory norms.

Fees & Payments

• Fee amounts, due dates and applicable heads (registration, semester, exam, etc.) are as published in the student portal for your course and session
• Fees paid online or offline are recorded against your account, and a digital receipt is generated for every successful payment
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• The college is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details entered by the student, or by the payment gateway/bank

Your Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your student portal login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform the college immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The college may suspend an account temporarily for security reasons or non-payment of dues, as per its policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the college logo, and course material — belongs to SAI College of Higher Education unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Third-Party Payment Gateway

Online fee payments are processed through an approved third-party payment gateway. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. The college is not liable for any downtime, technical failure, or dispute arising directly from the payment gateway's service.

Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and the portal secure, SAI College of Higher Education makes no warranty that the website or portal will be error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
